Is camp on in 2025?

We are taking this year off and will be back in the summer of 2026!

Do we have camp on July 4th?

No, we don't! Please safely enjoy your Fourth of July and have a blast.

What ages can join the camp?

Our camp is designed for students aged 9-17.

Where is the camp located?

Camp is located at Strange Media in Benicia, CA.

What time does camp start and end each day?

Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Are meals provided at the camp?

No, students should bring their own lunch, snacks, and a water bottle each day. All students will receive a stainless steel Echo water bottle at the Meet & Greet, so be sure to label yours! :)

When are auditions?

Auditions will take place on the first Thursday of camp. Casting results will be posted on the camp's website the following weekend.

When are the performances?

Performances will be held on July 18, 19, and 20.

Do students need prior theater experience?

Not at all! We welcome students of all experience levels, whether they are seasoned performers or new to the stage. We're here to teach. If you have experience, great—we’ll nurture and further develop your skills. If not, we’ll lay a strong foundation, guiding you through the creative process so you can build confidence and discover your unique voice in theater.

How much does the camp cost?

The camp is $1,400, which includes four weeks of training, costumes, sets, and a welcome packet.

What’s included in the welcome packet?

The welcome packet includes a swag bag filled with creative tools and fun surprises, including a custom notebook, pencil, water bottle, and more! Campers will also receive an Echo shirt (sized and delivered later) and a fun theater book to spark their creativity and get them excited for the journey ahead.

How do I register my child for camp?

You can register directly on our website by visiting the registration page.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds once registration is complete. However, we are happy to accommodate your child in any way we can to ensure they have an amazing camp experience!

What is the meet-and-greet event?

A week before camp starts, we host a meet-and-greet where students can meet their fellow actors, receive their swag bags, and get pumped for camp.

Can parents attend the meet-and-greet?

Yes, parents are highly encouraged to attend the meet-and-greet session, where they can sign necessary waivers, meet our staff, and connect with other parents.
